It is never too late to be what you might have been. --George Eliot
Why I Massage
I love my work! By specializing in 90-minute massages, I focus my full attention on you, and I take as much time as your needs require. I don't use hot stones, electric tools, or any other obstacles to establishing personal, hands-on communication. My clients are happy to see me when I arrive, and I leave them relaxed and happy when I go. Every day is unique.
I am a licensed massage therapist (Florida license MA 54553) who is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB No. 562320-08). I am a graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Palm Beach State College in Boca Raton, Florida (2008). In my life's journey I acquired degrees in psychology and law. I have lived in Wellington with my wife and our two boys since 2005. Some of my other interests include yoga, fitness, eastern philosophy, photography, cars, and theater (acting).
My approach to massage is intuitive, integrative, nurturing, and transformative. My technique is primarily Swedish (any level of pressure). Every person who comes to my table is a unique individual with a unique set of strengths and needs in that place and time. We are never exactly the same from moment to moment. At each massage session, I strive to see my clients as they truly are--mentally, physically, even spiritually--without judgment or preconception.
Although many of my clients have said mine was the best massage they have received in years (or ever), I don't believe in making extravagant promises. I humbly accept that I am not all things to all people. Still, I believe that, by virtue of my experiences and the little bit of wisdom I have acquired over the years, I bring an extra measure of intuition to the table.
